By creating an account or using the Aviation Contractor Network platform ("ACN", "the platform") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
ACN provides an online platform connecting aviation operators and employers with contractors (pilots, engineers, cabin crew, and other aviation professionals). ACN facilitates introductions and provides tools for compliance tracking, contract management, and invoicing. ACN is not a recruitment agency and does not guarantee placement or employment.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe are being used fraudulently.
Contractor accounts are free. By registering you confirm that any licence numbers, ratings, and qualifications you submit are accurate and current. You agree to promptly update your profile if your qualifications change. ACN may review documents you upload but does not cross-reference information with the CAA, EASA, or any other licensing authority. A "Verified" status on your profile reflects only that ACN has reviewed a copy of the document you submitted — it does not constitute independent verification of your qualifications, a guarantee of accuracy, or an employment reference.
Employer accounts are subject to a subscription fee as agreed at onboarding. Operator accounts are provisioned by ACN after review. You confirm you have authority to act on behalf of your organisation and that roles posted on the platform are genuine. Misuse of employer tools, including posting misleading roles or harvesting contractor data, will result in immediate account termination.
You must not: post false, misleading, or fraudulent information; harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users; use the platform to spam or send unsolicited commercial messages; attempt to bypass platform security or access data you are not authorised to see; scrape or systematically copy platform data; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Any contract of engagement is between the employer and contractor directly. ACN provides tools to facilitate contract generation and e-signing but is not a party to any employment or engagement contract. ACN accepts no liability for disputes arising from contracts between employers and contractors.
All platform content, design, and software is owned by Aviation Contractor Network Ltd or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit (profile data, documents) and grant ACN a licence to use that content to operate the platform. You must not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without written permission.
ACN provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on the platform is accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACN's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to ACN in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
